Professional Experience

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #95659) in California with over 13 years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy across diverse settings and levels of care. My background includes extensive work in community mental health, clinical leadership, and private telehealth practice, supporting individuals navigating complex emotional, relational, and life-stage concerns.

A significant portion of my career was spent in community mental health, where I worked with children, adolescents, adults, older adults, and families experiencing moderate to severe mental health conditions. This work required advanced assessment skills, crisis intervention, and multidisciplinary collaboration, and it continues to inform my ability to provide grounded, ethical, and responsive care.

In addition to direct clinical work, I have held clinical supervisory and leadership roles, contributing to program operations, staff development, and quality assurance. These experiences strengthened my clinical judgment and reinforced the importance of structure, accountability, and continuity in effective therapeutic work.

My current practice centers on providing adult counseling and psychotherapy delivered through secure telehealth across California, offered in both English and Spanish. I support individuals navigating mild to moderate emotional concerns through weekly therapy, as well as those seeking ongoing maintenance care at a biweekly or less frequent paceThis current model allows for flexibility, privacy, and depth, while maintaining evidence-informed, attachment-informed and trauma-aware treatment.
